HOW IT WORKS
Project Management: Our approach to building experiential learning programs is to facilitate discussions with our clients, follow a project plan to stay on track, and document our decisions. Our Project Manager constructs a customized program featuring formal learning objectives, meaningful work assignments, and performance management expectations. A principal objective of every program is to advance the awareness, understanding, and practice of servant leadership by individuals and organizations. Templates, reference materials, and instructions are provided to help the client implement the program, and regularly scheduled calls are held to ensure the project is completed in advance of the recruiting activity.
Recruiting: Intern Werks recruits students who meet the unique requirements of each client. Details of our process can be found on the STUDENTS page of our website. It’s important that your reasons for hiring an intern are aligned with the Intern Werks program. If you’re simply interested in temporary help or inexpensive labor, we’re probably not the solution you need. But if you’re looking for the next key member of your staff, we’ll find that person for you.
Program Management: We provide resources, instruction, and regularly scheduled check-ins with interns and supervisors during the internship. Daily, weekly, and monthly intern and supervisor activities are identified and scheduled so that learning objectives can be met, and tangible business results can be achieved. Additionally, instruction, coaching, mentoring, performance management sessions are held to optimize the development of the supervisor and the student.

Internships can take place at any time of the year, but some lead time is required to create the program, conduct training, and select the student. Our full fee is $7,999 per intern, all inclusive. Payment is due in full prior to commencing work on your customized program. Discounts are available for multiple hires for the same position title.

But that’s not what we’re all about. And we doubt that would be enough for you, either. If for any reason you decide not to offer your rising senior student a full-time employment opportunity upon graduation, we will conduct a search for another intern at no charge.
